Sinopsis:
26 tahun yang lalu, di sebuah ruang kelas 3 tepatnya kelas 9-3 di SMP, ada seorang siswa bernama Misaki. Ia meninggal karena kebakaran dirumahnya, tapi salah satu temannya melihat bahwa Misaki masih mengikuti kegiatan sekolah, akhirnya teman sekelasnya memutuskan untuk menganggap dirinya masih hidup sampai hari kelulusan. Lalu, pada musim semi tahun 1998, seorang siswa bernama Sakakibara Kouichi pindah ke kelas itu dan mulai mencurigai aroma ketakutan dalam kelas tersebut. Kemudian ia bertemu dengan siswi bernama Misaki Mei, “orang yang tidak ada”. Apa yang sebenarnya terjadi?
